1. IT Project Manager
Job Description :
- Making sure our readiness to fulfill customer’s need
- Visit customer regularly to get the inputs associated with the maintenance services provided and ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction
- Analyzing customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide information on the latest IT technologies according to customer’s needs
- Monitoring project progress
- Maintaining project documents and reports
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects
- Perform project management functions on PT SISI projects
- Building a solid and capable project team
- Able to carry out coaching and mentoring functions to the project team
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master is preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience on a similar position
- Having a good leadership, communication and negotiation skill
- Having experience managing large projects
- Experience in Software Development Project and exposure to many technologies platform is a preferred
- Required Skill(s): Project Management, Great Leadership, Highly Organized, Ability to managed others.
- Having experience handling IT project (hardware and software) is preferred
- Having PMP/Project Management certification (min. BNSP)
- Strong verbal and written in English
- Good personality and able to work in a team
2. System Administration
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation systems servers, and virtualization.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Min. 1 year of related experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of systems software, hardware.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Willing to work in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (WFO).
3. Account Payable Staff
Job Description:
- Verify and post invoices received from vendors.
- Perform reconciliation activities related to accounts payable.
- Create reports related to accounts payable activities.
- Analyze and provide resolution for tickets or inquiries that come into accounts payable.
- Create and update working instruction.
Qualifications :
- Min. D4 / S1 Accounting
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Account Payable
- Familiar with ERP/SAP
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel Formula skill is preferred)
- Willing to work WFO in Kuningan, South Jakarta
